Newly furnished! One bedroom, one bathroom condo located on the first floor for easy access. Start your day off on the balcony with a cup of coffee. Walk to the beach and enjoy the sun and sand or relax in the refreshing pool and hot tub! Cast your line into Gulf shore or off nearby Bob Hall Pier! Finish the day like you started-on your balcony with views of the canal and gazebo.

This beach condo is fully furnished with new carpet and new appliances. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom as well as a TV and Blu Ray Player. The living room also has a TV and blu-Ray player and the sofa rolls out to a queen size mattress to accommodate two more guests. There is a full kitchen with dishware to make a homemade meal.

Your home away from home also has a full washer and dryer and ample storage. Beach toys and chairs provided for your convenience and enjoyment. Reserved parking on-site. The Beach Club offers 24 hour pool, hot tub, BBQ, Fitness Room and Sauna access. The Beach Club also offers on-site Business Center with free WiFi and coffee.
