OUR RESIDENCE:
This residence is mostly OWNER OCCUPIED - very few apartments are rented out. It makes it an extremely quiet property almost as if it is your own only. There is no rush at the pools. Even the first two weeks of August, you might not have much more than 20 people at each pool. The Big pool is a little busier than the small one in front of our terrace. When lunch is ready, a quick quiet call to our children at the small pool. 5 minutes later we are sitting down at the table.
We have a very quiet apartment inside as well, where you do not hear your neighbours and not even the other people living in the apartment, as each of the bedrooms are very separate from each other and from the sitting room.
You can take a boat to St Tropez. Departure 10h15 return on the boat at 16h30 arrival Cannes 17h45.
SOUTH OF FRANCE has a quality of life that cannot be described. You have to experience it to understand what we mean.

DAY OUT ON SAILING BOAT:
Instead of going to the beach, We like to go on a sailing boat for the day 'THE FOLLY TOO' from Cannes port.
Departure at 10h30am . The Captain Pierre and his wife Joyce are extremely organized, lots of fun to be had, Up to 10 guests are on the boat. Guests are welcome to pull sails, stir the boat's wheel and do what one does on a boat. Children will have games....A wonderful buffet will be served at 13h00 with coffee , ice cream from the ice cream boat. I like to do nothing at all !!! Around 16h00 again Sailing, drinks and return by 18h30 . Adults 90 Euros , Children below 12y 50 Euros , above 60 Euros.
Just check the weather to know the wind speed the day before. It will give you an idea of what kind of sailing you are likely to get.....
I have been so many times on this boat I cannot count them any more.
Circus/ Bicycling around Nice:
Each August CIRCUS GRUSS is coming first to CABRIS , then to VALBONNE. I recommend it highly as it is always a very sophisticated show with very good acts and costume. I usually book just above the entrance. You have to call the circus directly to book this VIP section.Nice Cycle Tours.
