Our beautiful home, accommodating up to 13 people was built in 2012 and will surely take your breath away! Located only 10 minutes from Disney, our private vacation home will be your 'home away from home' and will suit all of your vacation needs! Our home is ideal if you enjoy traveling in a large group yet want to all stay together for a fraction of the cost of several hotel rooms! As owners, we, Matthew, Lori, Owen and Roseann strive to make your stay more than what you could imagine and believe you'll want to return to the comforts of 'your' home during future travels to Orlando!

This spacious 2162 square foot home is furnished with modern yet comfortable and child-friendly style. This home has 5 bedrooms, including 3 rooms with king/queen sleeping, and 2 rooms with twins beds/bunk beds plus a pull-out sofa to accommodate 13 people! This home also has 3 bathrooms, a modern and fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, a second sitting/television area, laundry, games room and of course a screened-in private pool and jacuzzi! Pool heat is optional and our home is equipped with both air conditioning and heating. You'll feel at ease in this gated community with our state-of-the-art security system which includes two exterior security cameras. All of these comforts of home yet only minutes from Walt Disney World and other major theme parks and attractions!

Upon entering this home, you'll enjoy a quaint foyer. The first bedroom houses a queen bed a large window with a view of the beautifully landscaped front yard. The second bedroom offers a king bed and flat screen television, and ensuite bathroom including a walk-in shower and separate large bath tub. Next, you'll discover the first sitting area with 2 spacious sofas and a flat screen television. The modern and spacious kitchen will meet all of your cooking needs and will be any foody's dream! You'll enjoy the open concept as the kitchen and bar look into the spacious dining area and living room/second sitting area furnished with leather sofas, fabulous art work and flat screen television. The children will love 2 designed just for them; one with two twin beds and the other with a double bunk on the bottom and a single on the top! The second bathroom is right across the hallway! The fifth bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom and television. Of course, you won't miss the screened in private pool and jacuzzi with extra square footage that allows for extra patio space to enjoy the gorgeous evening weather and dinner outdoors! Enjoy extra privacy as neighbors exist only to each side and not to the rear of the home. Enjoy looking at the green space as you lounge around the pool! We also have for your convenience 2 folding high chairs and a pack n play for your smallest guests to use during your stay. We also purchased in January 2013 a brand new BBQ for your enjoyment and convenience.

This home is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and access to our alarm system will be provided upon arrival. Our property management company is available to provide you and your traveling companions with individual and exceptional customer service. We, as owners are also available by telephone or email to ensure any questions you may have prior or during your stay can be answered.

We are Canadian and love the Florida sun! We have always dreamed of having a winter escape! Now our dream came true and we want to share it with others! My husband and I have two small children and love to travel with our families as much as possible. A large vacation home now allows us to experience Florida together! We love golf, the excitement of Disney and other attractions and theme parks in the area, as well as relaxing as a family and enjoying the sun.

The area allows you to escape the hustle and bustle but allows allows you to be within 10 minutes from it as well when you want it! We immediately felt safe and secure in this gated community and appreciated its' calm, relaxed feel.

We loved being able to design both the layout and interior of our home, built newly in 2012. Modern, yet comfortable, our vacation home is just the way we hoped it would be!

We had a great time we were in town for a wedding. The home is in a great location food and shopping within minutes away. The home was clean and just enough space for all of us. I would stay here again I would also recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. If you are staying in Oct-Jan I would get the pool heated. Lori thanks for everything.
