Parkside Vacation Rental

Parkside Suite is located in the village of Wellington, in beautiful Prince Edward County. The suite is situated in a Century + home, right across the street from Wellington's park and playground on Lake Ontario. Our quaint, 2-level suite has a private entrance, kitchenette with eating area, 3/4 fridge, microwave, sink, toaster, coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, all on the first level. There is a safe, indoor storage space for your bicycles. A cozy gas fireplace keeps things warm in the shoulder seasons. A funky staircase leads up to a living room, which features 2 futons ( 1 is a deluxe dbl. sleeper), comfy leather chairs, a TV with satellite, CD/radio, A/C unit, and ceiling fan. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV/DVD, 2 skylights, and a ceiling fan. The room also has a twin day bed/lounge and computer desk. The bathroom features a cool new sink and standard walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed also; and a bonus alcove features a deacon's bench and high-stools/'bar table' with views to the park and lake. Outside the suite entrance is your parking area, a deluxe BBQ, and grassy backyard with huge trees ! The house is over 100 years old, and the main floor features our retail shops. We are open from 10 am to 5 pm, 5 - 6 days a week, so you should find the suite very private, especially in the mornings and evenings. You can explore all that the County has to offer from this very central location ! We are very close to many of the wineries, shops, studios and galleries, and eateries; as well as the village grocery store.
