Fun, Bright, Clean and Comfortable describes this condo conveniently located between the Island Clubhouse and Tennis Courts. Sit on the porch and see part of the lake and fountain while watching frequent tennis matches among the residents & club members. Walk about 150 feet to the Clubhouse and you can bask at the pool & Jacuzzi while enjoying a refreshing drink or meal from the Tiki bar. The Island Clubhouse features weekly entertainment and is full of amenities including the fitness center, computer center and a library.

This 3 bedroom has a bright open floor plan that sleeps 6. Master has King (firmer supportive mattress), large bathroom which includes dual sinks and large walk-in closet. Second bedroom has 2 twins while 3rd bedroom has Queen along with a built-in desk. Top floor unit promotes privacy yet plenty of light easily accessible with elevator. Livingroom has very comfortable leather recliners and large plasma TV to fully enjoy your sporting events & HD movies.
