Houseboat in the center of Amsterdam, sleeps 4

This old two storey houseboat is the ideal holiday accommodation for small groups of friends or backpackers. This boat sleeps up to four guests and is not suited for kids or pets. The sitting room, kitchen, bathroom and roof terrace is common area. The boat offers spectacular views over the dock from the common room and the roof terrace and is surrounded by several historical and architecturally interesting buildings and museums. Amsterdam Central Station and the city centre are within walking distance.

When entering the boat from the after-deck you find a small clean bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The spacious common room has large windows which offer an always changing view over the water. On the one side of the room you find a semi open-plan kitchen with all utensils and a small table for two. In the middle of the room there are two convenient couches and a hammock to chill out and enjoy the free tea and coffee.

House rules: This is a residential area, therefore we expect that guests fulfill the following rules of behavior and respect the neighborhood, the owners and those people who made it possible to offer you a pleasant stay in the accommodation.

- No hard noise or parties during your stay

- Do not disturb the neighborhood for any reason

- No hen/stag parties

Guests agree to respect the rules of the accommodation; if not we have the right to ask the guests to leave the accommodation immediately without refund of the already paid rent and deposit.

IMPORTANT: The price is based on the length of stay and the number of persons. Seasonal rates also apply. Make an enquiry to receive the best offer!

We had the perfect holiday on this special houseboat. The location could not be better, the owner AJ knew all about Amsterdam and provided us with all sorts of extra's. The relaxed reggea music and atmosphere on the boat is amazing. We will come back every year to have a big Chill on this houseboat! Thanks AJ
