my husband and I celebrated my birthday weekend in this unit. it was exactly as describe and better. top floor with an excellent view. we would definitely want to stay here again when in Miami!!!

Great family getaway

We had a lovely long weekend in this unit with our family. The unit was very well-maintained and functioned exactly as if we had booked through the hotel. The pools and beach were great for the kids. Use of the owner's valet spot was ideal.

GREAT ROOM...VERY SATISFIED!

Looked on VRBO website and found this room...Karen was professional and always responded in a timely manner...
The rates were quite competitive and the room was exactly what was described in the ad....16-18th floor.
Check in was very easy due to the fact that there is a separate area for these apartments (no long lines, etc)
The balcony and views of the pool and beach are fantastic...
Bathroom is nice but uses 2 slide doors and doesn't offer maximum privacy. Also the water pressure in the shower is very poor (not sure if room specific or not)
Closet space is adequate for 5-6 day stay, not great though (there are 2 small "closets")
Overall, Karen was great and I felt VERY comfortable and confident with her...
I would definitely call her again if FB is in my plans..
