This comfortable residence has covered parking and a separate 1 bedroom maid's quarter, surrounded by hedges. Agia Phyla is in the middle of Limassol, 3 km from the sea, 5 minutes form the city centre and only 30 min from the Troodos Mountains. However if you head north you will encounter the ' TRUE ' Cyprus, wonderful hospitality in the villages of the highlands of Moniatis, Platres and the Troodos mountains

Special rates: Garden and pool maintenance are included in the price of the rental A deposit of 25% of the total cost of the rental is held against utility and service charges and any damages or breakages which may occur during your stay. All household utility services i.e electricity,gas,oil, telephone/fax call charges, movie rentals, will be deducted from the deposit. Usage is metered and charged at cost. We aim to return the security deposit balance as soon as possible, this can take from 1 to 15 days. You will receive a detailed statement for the charges.

BOOKING, DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT: One third of the total amount is invoiced and due payable at the time of booking with the balance and security deposit to be paid in full two months before arrival. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer, credit card charges incurred. Full bank details will be provided upon request and invoiced accordingly. CAR HIRE - can be arranged for you on request.
