We vacationed in Colorado for many years, lived in Fort Collins for 6 years, and hope to return permanently some day. We renovated this quality home with contemporary upgrades to last another 40 years!
We chose this ranch home for it's classic beauty and wonderful location out of the SE Fort Collins traffic but close to all the wonderful places we enjoy, plus the rare view of Longs Peak from the city. We purchased this home from Gloria and Jim, who built the home 40 years ago when they returned to the states after a 25-year career in Saudi Arabia enjoying travel and tours throughout the East. They chose Fort Collins for their permanent home for the same reason so many of us do today.
Mountain views, beautiful weather, usually moderate winters, lots of sun, and quick access to all activities the area has to offer - hiking, sightseeing, skiing, fishing, camping, backpacking, boating; plus friendly, fun, relaxed atmosphere with nice, lively, interesting residents.
