I travel out west for business, so when this newly remodeled unit became available, I jumped. I sometimes use the condo as a jumping off place for sales calls to Canada. I don't mind the drive--the scenery changes every five minutes-- and it's always spectacular.
Kevin purchased this condo in 2010
My friend, who owned this unit, wanted to buy a house! Did I want to buy a condo? The closeness to shopping and eating in downtown Bozeman, quick access to the trail system, and the new remodel made it a quick, YES!
Quiet end unit. Newly remodeled kitchen with concrete counters, stainless steel appliances, large pantry, alder cabinets. Brazilian cherry floors on the first floor. Who can resist sitting on the porch swing in the morning with a cup of coffee? Listen to the gurgling creek! AND JUST LOVE THE FIRE PLACE!
The location was perfect - the picturesque historic section, within walkable distance to MSU and the downtown, a post office and I-90, as well as a spectacular hilltop dog park. A short drive led to another dog park, some 40 acres of prairie grasses and rolling hills. We walked to museums, shopping, restaurants (Main Street), the food coop (a real plus) and to a small park tucked into the historic buildings. The listing photos were accurate - the condo is definitely "up to date" and has a feel of great style and utility. It is on the end of several other condors, so the view of the creek behind and the side yard privacy were special. The owner was very helpful. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and hope to return there ourselves.
Seven blocks from downtown Bozeman shopping and restaurants. And only two blocks from the historic homes on Wilson Street. Access the Bozeman City Trail system in front of the condo. Enjoy the creek that gurgles between the condo and the trail. Enjoy fly fishing, hiking, floating, hunting, and cross country and alpine skiing within easy drives of Bozeman. Big Sky and Bridger for skiing and the Madison, Gallatin, and Yellowstone Rivers for fishing and floating are easy drives. Pan for gold, visit historic Virginia City. Rock hound! And visit the many national parks and forests all through Montana and Wyoming.
