This open plan apartment is situated on the top floor of the k building with balcony and with amazing views overlooking the sea. The apartment is suitable for accommodation all year round. The complex is nicely placed around the swimming pool, with beautiful landscaped green areas and directly on the sea-side promenade which leads to the center of this picturesque town. Crossing the promenade will get you straight on a beautiful narrow sandy beach. 100m to the right of the building is a Long and wide Natural golden sandy beach suitable for all family.The complex has free car parking, children's playground and a shop for breakfasts. Around the complex there are many little restaurants, and markets for food and vegetables. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with fully fitted bedroom with large double bed. The lounge area has a double sofa bed, coffee table and a 32' LCD TV. The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with full cooking utensils, dining table and chairs.
