Our home is perfectly situated in the heart of Scottsdale, just off Scottsdale Road at McCormick Parkway. We are minutes away from 'the tops' in shopping and dining at either Old Scottsdale/Fashion Square or Kierland, Gainey Ranch and the Quarter. Golf courses are all around you, the 36 hole McCormick Ranch Golf Course, being the closest, is 2 minutes away. For fitness buffs, LA Fitness is close by. McCormick Railway Park offering fun for the whole family is 5 minutes away. We have easy access to scenic walking and bike paths which extend both north, out to the Mayo Clinic along Shea Blvd., and south to Arizona State University in Tempe. Mountain hikes, hot air ballooning, old western towns, horseback riding, desert tours are all within an hour's drive of our desert home. Theatre and concerts are available at the nearby Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts or further afield in Mesa or Phoenix - all easily accessible.
And for spectator sports, don't forget that Scottsdale is fortunately located beside one of the largest cities in the USA offering everything from professional football, basketball and hockey to avid fans. And of course, we are the spring training centre for American league baseball in March - a huge draw for many!
All in all, you can find tranquility in our hacienda style courtyard or be in the heart of the action in minutes. The choice is yours.
