After spending a busy day swimming at Florida's beautiful beaches, shopping at the outlets or visiting Busch Gardens come home to this 1BR/1BA condo located in a quiet gated community and barbeque on your patio that sits right on a canal.
This 1BR/1BA condo is within a beautiful landscaped 24 hour gated community in the south Waterside complex. The condo sits directly on a canal and the lake can be viewed from the bedroom. The ground floor unit means no stairs to deal with when dragging in your luggage or groceries.
We are happy to accommodate you for anything from a short term (weekly) holiday to a full seasonal rental. Short term rentals include free initial cleaning. Cleaning service during your stay can be organized at the renter’s expense.
The condo is fully furnished and you need only bring your bathing suit and sun lotion (and other personal items). All linens, kitchen equipment, etc. is provided. We’ve even provided a cooler for your days at the pool or beach.
The unit is tiled (bedroom has wood laminate flooring) and has quality furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes full size dishwasher, large microwave, garbage disposal, refrigerator and electric stove. Coffee maker, toaster, etc. is also included.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and good closet and dresser storage for your clothes. The bedroom has a view of the Waterside lake and fountain.
The living room has a comfy pull out queen sofa bed. The dining area has a Henredon 6 place dining table.
Entertainment equipment includes basic cable for the 46” Plasma TV, a Blu-ray DVD player and portable stereo with iPod dock. ?WiFi is available at the condo and at the Yacht Club. For longer stays we can arrange more cable access at the renter’s expense.
The back patio sits directly on a canal with no boats blocking your view. A gas grill, wrought iron dining set and sofa are provided. Catch your fish and cook it on the grill without leaving your patio.
Complex facilities include 2 pools, 24 hour gym, Laundromat and a fully licensed yacht club where you can enjoy the game on one of the large screen TVs over a beer or soda or sit outside and enjoy the view of Tampa Bay and look for dolphins or manatees. Some nights the Yacht Club staff will off light meals like Taco Tuesday or Chili night.
The two pools are both resort type pools with one adjacent to the yacht club and sits directly on Tampa Bay and the other next to the gym and over looks the lake. The bayside pool includes a hot tub spa, ice machine and a pier from which you can fish. The second pool includes gym facilities, Laundromat, sauna and shower/ changing area.
For the more active vacationer there are 2 lighted tennis courts, gym and sand volleyball court.
We reside in Waterside South also, so if you have any problems or need something like beach chairs for your day at the beach or a large pot to cook up some local clams, we will try to help you. The Business Center on site is in the condo administrative areas and can print or fax documents for. On weekends, we can also print anything (like boarding passes) that you may need (we also may be able to help).
Waterside South is a fully fenced complex with 24 hour security at the gates and has 88 acres of landscaped grounds to insure your privacy.
