Surrounded by wine bars, paino bars, and fancy restaurants, lounges, & bars. The apartment is easily accessible to the subway and a large array of restaurants and nightclubs are all within walking distance. The apartment is quietly located in an elevator and laundry building with large windows and lots of sun. The living room includes designer furniture and a sleep sofa. The room also has a flat screen TV, DVD player, and a small dining table for your enjoyment. The kitchen is separate and features a dishwasher and includes a stove, microwave, refrigerator, as well as plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils for all. The master bedroom is located on the back of the apartment. There is a queen size bed, large closet, dresser and mirror in the room. There is lots of light & all rooms are tastefully designed!
