Photos and Description of the San Tan Valley vacation house rental

Sit back and relax with your morning coffee or tea on the patio and watch the hummingbirds.

The kitchen is equipped with all the cooking utensils you'll need and more to make that gourmet meal. You'll also find some spices and herbs in the cupboard as well as some home-made jams in the freezer.

On the patio you'll find a BBQ, lawn chairs, bistro table and very comfy chaise loungers.

In the living room there are two sofas, one has two reclining seats, so you can relax while watching the 42' flat screen TV. You'll also find a few DVDs and a bookcase with a variety of books and magazines to read at your leisure.

The master suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, a walk-in closet and in the ensuite there is a soaker tub with a separate shower and two sinks. The ensuite also comes equipped with a blow dryer, soaps and shampoo & conditioner.

The guest room has a queen bed with pillow top mattress, and in the kids room there are two twin beds. There is a fourth bedroom that has a queen air mattress if needed. The main bath also has a blow dryer, soaps and shampoo & conditioner.

The community pool just a short walk away.

Why owner chose San Tan Valley

We live in Abbotsford, BC. We wanted to find a place where we could get away from all the rain in the winter months. San Tan Valley is sunny, dry and beautiful. It's close the Mesa Airport (20 minutes). In the evenings we love to sit outside and look up at the stars. We always have a great time whenever we're there.

There's a lot of shopping in the area including the Mesa Market which is a must do on the weekends. For the sightseers, there's the Casa Grande ruins in Coolidge about a half hour away. Try San Tan Flat Steakhouse, it's a must do experience, (the flat iron steak is wonderful). In February the Renaissance Festival is a lot of fun.
