Photos and Description of the Lichtenberg vacation apartment rental

This holiday apartment (about 80 sqm) is situated in Karlshorst Berlin in the area known as 'The Princess Quater', 5 minutes from the known trotting-race. This quarter was built in the turn of the century (1900) mostly of large houses with approximately 3 floors. The street cars run through this part of town and can be used for the surrounding areas with its beautiful lakes and forests and also for travelling into Berlin city. 3 - 5 minutes from this apartment are all possibilities for shopping and the S-Bahn station Berlin Karlshorst (an other comfortable travel through the city). At this train station also stops for some regional trains. Equipment: Sleeps 6, walk-in closet, 3 televisions, small stereo system (radio/cassette/CD), a fully equipment kitchen including a dishwasher. Because of my own negative experiences with some holiday apartments I have furnished this apartment in a complimenting mix of styles creating a quiet whole some feeling of all.

This apartment is situated in the area of Karlshorst Berlin known as 'The Princess Quater', a popular living area of previous East Berlin, 5 minutes from the well-known racetrack. 3 - 5 minutes from this apartment are all possibilities for shopping and variety of restaurants. Close by is also the S-Bahn Berlin Karlshorst. The S-Bahn is like the underground one of the most important and quickest form of transportation of Berlin.

Great apartment, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to train.

We had no problem finding a parking space. We drove to center of berlin within 10 minutes!

The apartment was clean, spacious, two nice bedrooms, nice kitchen, with all amenities.

We will re-stay when we will re-visit Berlin.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing
