Gorgeous 2 bedroom 2 bath townhome located in the heart of Downtown Durango on Historic Third Avenue. Just a short 2 block walk to Main Ave. Walk to the train, out for dinner or even morning coffee. This townhome is fully furnished with a King sized bed and trundle in the Master bedroom, and a Queen sized bed in the second bedroom plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with nice black appliances and all the pots & pans needed for home cooked meals. The living room features a nice deck, gas fireplace and large dining table. There is a nice leather couch as well as two additional chairs for extra seating. Additionally there is a flat screen television, Wi-Fi and a desk area if you need to keep in touch with work while you are away. There is plenty of parking available in the secured garage below the building. This unit is on the first level which provides ease of access to everything Durango has to offer. The unit is also air conditioned and a washer & dryer are provided.
Your condo is lovely. We had a wonderful time in Durango for my granddaughter's graduation. We enjoyed staying at your place and will certainly pass the good news to our other friends who head to Durango for adventure or just to visit.
What a great 4 days!! We had room for everyone, and quiet space when needed. Very spacious, and had everything necessary to enjoy our stay. So close to downtown (3 blocks), and happened to be right next to the hotel where other family members were staying. (Best Western Rio Grande)

We were searching for a place to accomodate a party of 6, BLVD 111 did more than just accomodate! The pictures do not do justice to how spacious and comfortable this townhome is. Very clean, with plenty of bedding and towels for 6 people. Kitchen was well appointed with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, etc. everything needed to make meals during our stay. We came in for my neice's graduation from Fort Lewis College, we were able to walk just about everywhere in town very easily (except to the college) even my mom who is 69. Arrival and departure instructions were clear as a bell, we had zero issues our entire stay. Kerry from Durango Property Management answered questions in a very timely manner and even allowed us to check in a little early. It was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish!
