Villa Toscana is an old country home constructed entirely of stone and is surrounded by 30 hectares of private farms cultivating wine and olive trees. The Villa is superbly located, literally on the border of Tuscany and Emilia Romagna, with a fantastic view of the Tuscany hills. The Villa, property of the Scalini family, is constructed entirely of stone. It has been recently restructured into three independent apartments, furnished in rustic style and supplied with all commodities. Villa Toscana is equipped to offer vacations during all periods of the year. The Villa is the ideal place for those who desire to pass moments of relaxation in the absolute calm: three kilometers of “dug up” road separate it, in fact, of the main access road. While taking a walk inside the estate it is not unusual to run into deer, wild boar, hare or other wild animals.

Situated on the first floor of the Villa and are accessed by a staircase of wrought iron which leads to a private veranda (with sofa, table and chairs). The first room is for the kitchen, full equipped with microwave, fridge and coffeemaker. A second rooms with double beds in wrought iron and small loft with a further double bed. In the same room a comfortable leather sofa, television satellite and fireplace. The bathroom is well accessorized, refined in detail and equipped with a shower corner.

Notes: A private swimming pool with solarium and an area equipped for cooking (campfires and barbecue) as well as lunches in the open. Languages spoken: Italian and English. Private 30-hectare farm cultivated with wine vines and olive trees. A well-equipped kitchen and a further outside oven for bread baking in the old-fashioned way. Spacious outside patio and relax area in the open. Television with satellite receiver. Sheets and towels provided directly from the estate (weekly change). Laundry room for personal wash. To respect the privacy of guests the Villa does not provide a telephone service of common use. The zone is nevertheless covered by all major Italian mobile phone companies. Little domestic friends of the guests are also, in turn, welcomed guests of the Villa.
