Located in the coolest area of Santiago's downtown, it is close to many tourist attractions and restaurants.

The apartment is immersed in the Lastarria neighborhood, a tourist and cultural core of the city, where you will find many bars and restaurants just a half block walking.

Strategically located between two major subway lines of the city, it is just a couple blocks away from each.

The building has concierge, and laundry room 24x7. The apartment has two bedroom: the master bedroom with a double bed and bathroom, and the second bedroom with a single bed and bathroom. In the living room there is a convertible sofa, so 4 people can sleep!

Near to the Civic District, just by walking you´ll find Santiago's old quarter and 'La Moneda' presidential Palace. Just few meters from the apartment you will find the Santa Lucia Hill, a perfect place to appreciate the splendor of the city center. Walking to the opposite way, you can also get to San Cristobal, a 880 m altitude hill, from where you can see the whole city.

For sure, the best location to explore Santiago.

The apartment is equipped with essential kitchen and fridge.

Perfect location and price!

We've stayed a several hotels and apartments in Santiago over the years and we'll definitely be back to this one. The place is fairly small but our family of four felt fine with the space. It was especially nice to have two bathrooms. The building is nice and in a great location - easy to walk to metro, Parque Forestal, Barrio Lastarria and all its restaurants, cafes, etc., Cerro Santa Lucia, etc. The place is very clean and the owners are super nice, letting us come in early and leave late on the days of our arrival and departure. Thanks so much!

We stayed at this apartment for five nights at the end of February and really enjoyed it. The location is great and the apartment is within easy walking distance of many bars and restaurants.

Thank you Cris and Clau for the perfect stay! The location could not have been better and the apartment was perfect for the 3 of us. The apartment was clean, quiet, felt very secure and the doormen were all very kind and helpful. The owners were very easy to communicate with and offered many great suggestions that added to our stay. We have traveled all around the city and I think this is the best neighborhood especially if you are walking. I will definitely stay here again if I am fortunate enough to come back to Santiago!
