We moved to Florida about 7 years ago, from snowy Illinois. We are lucky enough to live close to Manasota Beach, and even luckier to have discovered Little Gasparilla Island. From the first moment we stepped onto the Island, we knew we would love to own a beach house there. Finally, after 3 years of patiently waiting for the perfect home with gorgeous Gulf views, we were fortunate to have the opportunity to purchase this beach front home.
The main reason we purchased this home, is that it has the most stunning views of the Gulf from nearly everywhere in the house, but particularly from the enclosed front porch. Steps from the white sand beach, it cannot get any more perfect ! Sparkling aquamarine water, the sound of the waves ; you will feel like you are in Paradise ! Even though it is only a few miles from the mainland, you will feel as if you are a 1000 miles away from all the hustle and bustle of your normal life. No traffic, no stores, only complete relaxation on an island.
This is the home that got us as close to the Gulf and Beach as possible. We hear the waves from everywhere in the house. The Gulf breezes and palm trees are simply perfect. The porch is the most perfect spot in the house ; any time of day !
