STUNNING BEACHSIDE CONDO 37TH ST. **BOOKING FALL NOW**

We must have looked at over 40 condos trying to find the right condo to purchase and when we walked into Sovereign Sea the layout we just fell in love with. We have always liked a open Kitchen/Dining/Living room area & this was the first condo we saw that had that without the shoe box feel that most condos have. Also, we prefer the master bedroom, actually all bedrooms not be right next to the living room. Sovereign seas bedrooms are in the rear. It seems while on vacation our kids like to stay up late and it gives privacy to the bedrooms while the kids are in the living room. Vise-versa if you have small children and would like to stay up and put the little ones to bed.

Another HUGE plus is the location. We are close to the boardwalk but not too close, three blocks from the convention center and a great assortment of bars and restaurants within a short walking distance. Also lively fun beachside restaurant right outside our door.

We love how open and bright the family/kitchen area is. It is as comfortable as home, yet it's at the beach.

If you like being able to sleep late and maintain darkness in the morning our bedrooms have true blackout blinds and the best beds.

Laurie is very much is into cooking (even at the beach) & if you are too the kitchen has everything you could ever want! Fully equipped!

The condo is on the first floor (not ground level) of a smaller size building, we have super quick access to the beach and parking area. (no long elevator rides) Reserved under building parking just steps from your condo.
