The 'Bellevue' apartment (60 square meters) newly renovated, spacious and tastefully decorated, sits on the second floor of the prestigious 'Palais Bellevue' on 'Place Guynemer'. The splendid pastel lounge with its marble balcony offer views of harbor life and the Mediterranean sea. 'Bellevue' has a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with a comfortable dining area overlooking the stunning views. The cool bedroom is at the back of the building facing the 'cliff' of the Chateau. There is a spacious light bathroom and a separate utility room. A perfect rental to discover Nice and the Cote d'Azur.

The 'Palais Bellevue' is located at the foot of the famous ancient Chateau on the west side of Nice port. The prestigious 'palace' overlooks the colorful port, towards Mont Boron. Local port side restaurants, cafes and bars are all within a few minutes walk.The busy 'old town' is a short 5min walk and the apartment is just steps from the Promenade des Anglais. Buses, trams and trains all easily accessible including the new 'bicycle station' directly in front of the building. The local area is a world renowned antique district., home of historical finds and treasures. Shops and markets are all within easy walking distance. The stunning views, and harbor activity...make this a perfect holiday location.
