Photos and Description of the Soller vacation rental In quiet location, facing south with large terraces, outside BBQ and parking

This villa is located in a very quiet area above Puerto de Sóller in Mallorca, on a plot of 650 m². The house with a constructed area of approx. 220 m² has only recently been built in a very modern and stylish design. Large windows and doors as well as high ceilings guarantee lots of light. On three levels you find a large living room, open kitchen with dining area, 3 bedrooms (2 with large double beds, 1 with twin beds) and 4 bathrooms (3 of those en suite), totally 8 beds. The property is south facing. Around the large swimming pool you find lots of terraces on all levels (approx. 110 m², partly covered), as well as an outside barbecue. It is possible to park 2 cars outside next to the house. A stunning property and perfect place to relax and enjoy.

Port de Soller is very popular because of nice beaches, the mountins to walk in, nice restaurants and shopping, only small hotels and a very soft atmosphere. Easy to take the tram in to Soller and perhaps further to Palma by bus or train.
