This beautiful 7000 sq ft tastefully remodeled home is a perfect destination for family reunions, small church groups, women's groups, or small corporate get aways. The house is laid out to provide for intimate quiet spots or large family gathering areas. All four bedrooms have private baths and the master bath features a beautiful walk in shower. The cooks kitchen has stainless appliances, a 6 burner professional cooktop, 2 dishwashers and 2 large refrigerators. There is also a 15 foot butcher block center island along with a large prep area in the butlers kitchen and the working pantry. the outdoor kitchen has everything you need to entertain outdoors around the swimming pool or large upper patio. Sit under the covered fishing dock and enjoying catching black bass and sunfish in the seven acre lake or just enjoy the light breeze over the lake at sunset.

For the past 7 years our family has rented a VRBO house for Memorial Weekend. By far this year was the best experience we have had. This house is wonderful! The description doesn't do it justice. There was room for everyone and then some. The owner went above and beyond to make this a pleasant experience. We had a great time swimming, fishing, cooking in the outdoor kitchen and spending time with each other. There isn't enough room to share all the wonderful things about this house. I would highly recommend this house for large families or groups. Our family wants to return next year!

We had a group of 17 ladies stay at the Ranch House for Round Top Antiques Week. We had a FANTASTIC time. The house is absolutely beautiful and has every amenity you could ever need. There was plenty of room for 17 ladies and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The mini donkeys were SO cute. The whole property is great, the garden, the pool and especially the house & cottage. We will definitely be back for another visit!

It's a great environment and value for holding an offsite business strategy meeting. This property facilitated team building and more open discussions compared to a traditional conference room.
