This beautifully maintained 9,000 sq. foot lake front home on Lake Lanier is just 30 minutes north of Atlanta off of 400. The home is nestled on a private street with a short, easy walk to the private dock. The views are stunning from the floor to ceiling windows off of the kitchen and living room.

This 5 bedroom with 4 full baths and 2 half bath home offers a game room with pool table, Foosball and game table, newly renovated swimming pool and boat dock in deep water with party deck. The open floor plan is great for entertaining with a spacious and comfortable living room with a large flat screen TV, additional Den with flat screen TV and 2 Fireplaces. If you prefer to spend your evenings utilizing the outdoor areas, there is a stereo available with outdoor speakers. You will enjoy the hard wood and travertine floors throughout the living areas as well as the modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and new granite countertops including a large island with a prep sink and comfortable seating.

The 5 large bedrooms are extremely private and separated from the open living area. This home offers three master bedrooms on the main floor. There is plenty of room in this home for 10-12 to sleep comfortably.
