Anna Maria Island is located 1 hour south of Tampa and 30 Minutes North of Sarasota. Orlando is just a short drive away at 1.5 hours drive time. The island provides a feeling of how Florida used to be. Here are no condominiums to the sky. All structures have a restriction of 3 levels and three draw bridges provide access to the island from the mainland. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation this is your perfect life long vacation spot.

Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus mit mehreren schön und stilvoll eingerichteten Appartements mit typisch amerikanischer hochwertiger Voll-Ausstattung (Klimananlage, Gross-Kuehlschrank, Geschirrspueler usw.) in sehr schoener Lage. Das Haus befindet sich in zweiter Haeuserreihe rd 50 Meter vom Strand entfernt, der Strandzugang ist direkt gegenueber vom Haus.
