The Malthouse is a luxury 4 star holiday home located in the village of batheaston just two miles from the centre of bath. The property has one master bedroom with ensuite, a single bedroom and a sofa bed. So comfortably sleeps three but could accommodate upto 5 people. The Malthouse has a parking space if you wish to drive, if not there is a bus stop about 50 yards away with a regular bus service into bath running every 10 minutes. The house has an open plan kitchen and living area on the first floor with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams and feature stone walls. The kitchen is fully integrated with all appliances, breakfast bar and ample work surfaces. The lounge is set within a beautiful vaulted barn style ceiling with subtle lighting and wooden floors. On the ground floor there is one double bedroom with fitted wardrobe, fully tiled ensuite shower room, single bedroom and a fully tiled family bathroom incorporating a bath with shower over

The location of the Malthouse makes it a great base to explore all the surrounding areas. The roman city of Bath has been designated as a World Heritage Site, with many fascinating historical sites to be seen, some dating back as far as the first century. The world famous roman baths are not one to be missed. As Well as its history Bath has an abundance of designer shops and boutiques, with a wide and varied choice of restaurants, bistros and pubs. Bath City Centre is two miles away, with a regular bus every ten minutes.
