This luxury apartment is located in one of the best sites of Gran Alacant. You will enjoy excellent views of the sea. It is located in a totally enclosed complex equipped with two swimming pools, one for children and the other for adults, also there is a paddel court. The house has 1 bedroom with two beds and 1 bedroom with one bed and a bathroom in the down level, upstairs there is another bedroom with double bed, private bathroom and a terrace looking at the sea. There is a fully fitted kitchen including, fridge freezer, sandwich maker, oven, hob and dishwasher. The lounge area has a big terrace with greats views of the sea, TV and DVD player. A ROLAND PIANO is available under request (Cost: 90 € + 200 € deposit).

  • Non refundable deposit of 150 euros is required when booking. The remaining balance will be paid 6 weeks prior to departure. If booking within 6 weeks, full amount is required. A 250 euros security deposit is required against any damage that may occur whilst you are renting our house. This will be returned to you within 48 hours of your departure and confirmation that the house has been left in good order.
  • FREE PICK UP AND RETURN FROM ALICANTE AIRPORT.
    Linen and towels provided.
    Smoking is strictly not permitted inside the house but is permitted outside.

Golf Courses: There are nine 18 hole golf courses in the area. The nearest one is El Plantio which is only 10 minutes away. The other courses are :- Alenda, Aicante, Bonalba, Campoamor, Villamartin, La Finca, Las Ramblas, and La Marquesa. The well Known La Manga complex is about 75 minutes away. The winter months in Costa Blanca, October to March, are perfect for golf. Temperatures are usually between 16 to 21 degrees C(60 to 70 degrees F).

Well, we only write to say that the mornings we spent were beautiful. It was a pleasure to just wake up and feel the sun fulling the room and the views of the sea. At night the weather was perfect and we enjoyed the sky and the moon over the sea. It was a peacefull stay.
The apartment was perfect for children too, because the enjoyed a lot the swmming pool and made friends.
At night there places where you can dance, dinner or just go out, just 5 minutes walking.
Also want to thank Juanma for the pick up and hope see you next year.
