The newly-made two-storey building has a privat swimming pool(9x4,5m). There is a shower outside next to the pool, patios, a lawn for sunbathing with garden furniture. The house has two separate completly equipped apartments. The 1. flat has a comfortable living-room with an open/new kitchen, a TV, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bath-room, a seperate toilet, a washing machine, balcony and a patio- suitable for 4 persons. The 2. flat has a comfortable living-room with an open/new bar-kitchen, TV, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed, 2 bathrooms, a washing machine and a direct acces to the patio/the lawn for sunbathing and to the swimmingpool- suitable for 6 persons. There is an amount of space to park cars.

Close-by the house there is a huge woodland, perfect for hiking. The beach has a distance of 2,5 KM. Shopping facilities have a distance of 1 KM. There is an offer for different activities: riding, kart driving, golf and differnt possibilities for water-sports. You can go to Barcelona by train/car in 1h30min. The Pyrenees are within the range of vision.

Wir mieteten Wohnung 2 für 6 Personen. Das Haus und die Gartenanlage sind in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und perfekt zum Erholen geeignet.Die Vermieter kommen aus Deutschland. Alle 2-3 Tage Kommt der Vermieter und kümmert sich um den Pool. Man wird sehr gut betreut. Wir reisten mit 3 Kindern und 2 Hunden an. Also auch dies ist kein Problem. Ein Auto ist auf alle Fälle nötig um zum Strand, oder zum Einkaufen zu fahren. Kinder können nur an einer Stelle im Pool stehen. Deshalb die Schwimmärmel nicht vergessen.
