Luxurious newly built modern villa overlooking Moraira, with marble floors and under-floor heating. The upstairs comprises large entrance hall/gallery landing with spectacular views over the Mediterranean and famous Ifach Rock. Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on this floor (2 bedrooms with air-conditioning). The master bedroom has spectacular sea views with luxury en-suite bathroom. The downstairs has spacious open planned living, dining area with marble fireplace, beautiful kitchen with breakfast bar, 4th large bedroom, covered terrace with seating and magnificent gardens, plus shaded rockery courtyard dining area. The villa has a large pool and the property offers maximum security with electric gate and intercom. Only 5 minute drive to lovely beach, supermarkets, bars, golf course and the cosmopolitan town of Moraira with plenty of shops, boutiques and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. Friday morning market and easy access to many attractions from theme parks to waterfalls.

Moraira is a quieter and more sophisticated area of the Costa Blanca, no high rise hotels and no mass tour operators and no McDonalds! Mainly family villas, a lovely sandy beach with children's play area and beach bar, fabulous cosmopolitan restaurants from typical Spanish tapas to Italian, Indian, Chinese, Thai, Indonesian, you name it Moraira has it. A superb yacht marina, trendy bars and cobbled streets with plenty of boutiques. A regular Friday market. Moraira is within 30 minutes of some of Europe's best theme parks and close to lovely old mountain villages. In the centre of Moraira is a small fun fair ideal for children. For the more active ... diving, golf, jet skis, walking and cycling are all readily accessible.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices are all inclusive of electricity, air-conditioning, weekly clean towels and linen, weekly refresher clean and departure clean. Rental periods are generally check-in by Saturday 4pm to check-out time Saturday 10am. We will also rent from Wednesdays for 7, 10 and 14 day holidays. Out of season we can be more flexible dependent on availability.
    A booking form and Terms & Conditions will be forwarded to you for completion along with payment details. 25% deposit will be taken on booking to secure your reservation. Full payment must be made 12 weeks prior to your arrival date. A Security Deposit of €500 will be requested at the final payment stage which will be refunded subject to our Villa Manager confirming that there is no damage other than normal wear and tear and that all Terms & Conditions have been complied with. No pets, No Smoking.
    Surcharge of €100 per week if pool heating is required.
    Also, long-term lets available from November to March (details available upon request)

We recently returned (Aug.09) from a fabulous holiday in this luxury villa. We were met on arrival and shown all around and made to feel very welcome. The Villa is in absolute immaculate condition with everything we could of needed.
The panoramic views down to the Sea are stunning. Our children (4 & 8) loved the large heated pool. It is located in a very quiet and peacful area.
This is our first visit to the area, and the unspoilt town of Moraira was lovely, with plenty of excellent restaurants and bars. It also has a great Beach and Marina. The Town itself was only a short (8-10min) drive, and there are local bars & a big supermarket within only a 5min drive, as is Golf Ifach Golf Course. Local Taxis were prompt and inexpensive when we did not take the car.
The Villa Manager was also extremely helpful with any local knowledge we needed.
This was easily the most relaxing, wonderful Villa holiday we have been on and I would happily recommend this to anyone without hesitation.
