The ground floor apartment is set in beautiful gardens with its own large patio, equipped with sun beds and table and chairs. Large swimming pool and BBQ area set in the gardens, kept to a very high standard. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, a large sitting room and dinner area. TV, stereo, air conditioning its included. It also has security integral underground parking. One double bedroom with ensuite including jacuzzi bath and fitted wardrobes and patio doors to the patio. One twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and doors to garden, the second bathroom is on the bedrooms hall, with shower cabin.

The apartment is close to all amenities everything is walking distance including Municipal market where you can buy fresh fish and meat for BBQ. Guia is famous for the traditional Portuguese dish Chicken piri piri it has a wealth of restaurants and bars all to very high standard, the beautiful beaches Salgados, Gale, Lourenço are all 5 minutes drive, Salgados Golf is 5 minutes drive set in a nature reserve, water parks and zoomarine are all a short drive ,bus collections can be arranged when you by tickets.

This is an excellent apartment in the centre of Guia with excellent facilities and in an envied ground floor location which is ideal with children. It is well laid out and spacy with everything provided including a washing machine.

We have stayed here twice and our daughter is already pushing us to book again for next year. The beach at Gale is a 5 minute drive away and beautiful. Zoomarine & the Aqua Parks are even closer. Within walking distance are many excellent restaurants with reasonable prices even with the exchange rate as it is!

Will definitely be booking again.
