Luxury patio home, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths plus den and breakfast area. Location is within the gated community of Ventana Canyon in a quiet subdivision. This non-smoking home has 2,000 sq. ft. on one level with updated AC heating, appliances and stone counter tops. It has an additional 1,000 sq. ft. outdoor garden patios.

Located on the mountain golf course of Ventana it has sunset views against the Catalina Mountains. Spanish doors and saltillo tile compliment the Latin American art. This home is a seasonal rental and is owner occupied part time.
About M. Conley

Owners decorated this home with Latin American art from their international travels. European furniture offsets the brightly colored folk art. This place has great karma.....attracting hummingbirds, gambel's quail, hawks and owls.

“We have thoroughly enjoyed two months at this property. It is beautifully decorated, very spacious, clean and comfortable. We love the mountain views and greenery of the golf course. Our evening walks and early morning forays have allowed us to share the desert beauty and its creatures right from our back door. Our patio has allowed us to entertain family and friends with ease. This beautiful home is handy to many, many restaurants, shopping and services. A true gem in the Catalina Mountains/Ventana location.”

We had the best time! We were there in February during the Gem and Mineral Show. The location is accessible to all venues including the artist community,Tubac, and close to many restaurants. We appreciated the privacy of being inside a manned gate.

The Villa is in an ideal location (within a gated, secure community) with a spectacular view of the mountains and golf course. The Villa is beautifully appointed with a comfortable southwest feel and a fabulous patio that is perfect dining, reading or just enjoying the view. We took long walks around the community and golf course, went on early morning mountain hikes, enjoyed wonderful food at local restaurants and played golf.
I would highly recommend it as an outstanding place to stay.
