It is also an easy walk across the street to grocery stores, restaurants, beauty salons, a regional mall, theaters, and StarBucks! It's an easy walk to the base of the mountain to access hiking trails, nature walks and a community park with tennis courts.

The single level floor plan with modern contemporary architecture allows an easy life style and comfort. Great to entertain friends and family by the pool or enjoy our private hot tub just for our guests. Stroll at night to the wonderful restaurants on El Paseo, or take in a live performance at the nearby McCallum theater!

My family and I stayed here for two months (Feb. & March). We found the property to be very private (bedrooms are at opposite sides of the condo) clean and comfortable. You are two buildings off of El Paseo so you don't have street noise, yet you are walking distance to El Paseo shops, the mall and grocery stores. There is plenty of room in the spacious condo and you have a putting green & pool right outside the patio. You have free use of golf cart which is legal to drive around town. It was like having an extra vehicle!
Would definitely recommend this property!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
