Photos and Description of the Betera vacation villa rental 2 Bedroom villa, comfortably sleeps 4 people (accept 6)

A private villa set in the large quiet gardens of our house, with a private roof terrace and patio area, as well as shared use of our large private pool and pretty gardens. We live here all year round as we are teachers in the local area along with our daughter (11 years), two dogs and a couple of cats that pop in just to be fed!! We enjoy the peace and tranquility of the area and therefore assure you that we only ever except one set of guests at a time. We welcome couples, small groups and of course families but you need to be aware that if you have small children the swimming pool is adjacent to the villa and is not fenced off. There are plenty of opportunities to get involved in a wide range of sporting and leisure activities including cycling , horse riding and walking as well as trying your hand at traditional Spanish / Valencian activities such as Fronton, Paddel, 'Running with the Bulls' and at the right time of year tomato throwing, or just relax by the pool!

However it is only a 5 minute drive to the town of Betera and 20 minutes from the international airport and city centre, 1.5 hours from the ski fields, 30 mins from the Cheste motorbike race track, under 2 hours to Alicante. With access to the local mountains only 5 minutes away it is Ideal for cycling, walking, painting, horse riding and many other activities. It is also the perfect base to see the wonderful sights of the Valencia province. Great for Fallas and many other Fiestas throughout the Year. It is a 1hr drive to stalactite caves, natural springs and some fascinating Spanish villages built into high rock faces. Access to water parks around 1 hr drive north or south.

Additonal activities available during your stay: This is a perfect location to enjoy relaxing by the pool in peaceful surroundings, however if you are looking for something more active or educational there are a variety of activities that might suit your needs including: Swimming Lessons (Child and Adult), Aqua aerobics, Spanish Lessons, Horse riding Lessons, Mountain Biking / Walking , Fronton / Tennis. If there is anything else you would like to take part in or know during your stay or prior to arriving just ask, and I am sure we will be able to sort it out for you.

Ski: The local ski resort are 1 1/2 hours drive away and are more than adequate to meet your level be you a beginner or more advanced. Tuition can be arranged at a very reasonable price including hire of all equipment. Best times for skiing here are between December and March.

Golf: There are two golf clubs situated in Betera including a Spa resort for information on how to acces these facilities please contact me.
