Lovely house with parking space situated 50 meters from the Thames River in Caversham village of Reading. Reading central station and Caversham Lock are 10 min stroll along the river, Oracle shopping is 20 min walk. House is fully furnished with well maintained garden with patio, lounge, dining room, fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, double bedroom , single bedroom, study and one bathroom, gas central heating. 2 minutes to Waitrose and other local shops and superb restaurants. Easy access to public transport and junction 10 and 11 of the M4 motorway. Thames Path and River Cruises are 5 min walk. Caversham Golf Club in the village. Heathrow airport 30 minutes drive. 30 minutes to London and Windsor by train.
