Photos and Description of the Branson West vacation condo rental

This 2 bedroom/2 bath Pet Free Smoke Free lower level condo located at Eagles Nest Resort on Indian Point is completely remodeled. The master bedroom has a king bed, a private bath w/ double sinks, walk in closet & walkout access to the patio. The second bedroom is a queen bed, closet space & private access to the main single sink bathroom. Each bedroom has a 32” flat screen tv. The kitchen has all new appliances, is completely stocked so all you need is your groceries. There is a full size washer & dryer, so no need to go find a laundry mat. Have family time around the dinner table or relaxing on the recliner sofa watching your favorite blueray dvd or various cable channels(check out the Branson Channel for things going on in town during your stay) on the 42” flatscreen tv. Access the patio for wonderful views of Table Rock Lake, hear & see the fun happening at Silver Dollar City and you also might catch a glimpse of an eagle soaring in the sky above. The kids can have fun on the playground. There is also a tennis court, swimming pool and a new hot tub for Eagles Nest Resort guest.

About Staci or Steve Baskins

Our family has been enjoying the Branson, Missouri area for years. We have been vacationing there for over 30 years. We are a “lake” family and Branson gives us the best of both worlds, boating during the day and entertainment at night.

The last 12 years we have stayed at Eagles Nest Resort. It is well maintained and a great spot right next door to Silver Dollar City!!! We loved the area so much that we purchased our 1st condo in 2010, our 2nd in 2011 and our last condo in 2012. Yes they are all at Eagles Nest. You may see us there having fun during your stay. If you do, say Hi, we would love to meet you!!!

What makes this condo unique

The year round lake view are so peaceful, the walking trail to the lake allows us to explore the outdoors before we take a swim in the lake or the pool, and our daughter loves being right next door to Silver Dollar City.

We are perfectly located on Indian Point's Table Rock Lake right next door to Silver Dollar City. Table Rock Lake & Lake Taneycomo has fishing, boating activities and full service marina. Shepherd of the Hills zip line, tower & theater is just 5 minutes away. Don’t forget the Branson Strip, Highway 76, where all of your outlet shopping is & live shows perform. Christmas time in Branson is a MUST vacation. Silverdollar City has over 1million lights, and nightly christmas parade down main street in the city, also Branson has 2 drive thru christmas light display. Check out these exciting shows: The Haygood's, Clay Cooper, Dixie Stampede, Pierce Arrow, Todd Oliver and Friends and Andy Williams Moon River Theater just to name a few. When you are hungry, Billy Gales & Starvin Marvins for breakfast or Montana Mikes, Florentina's Ristorante Italiano and McFarlands for dinner is a must

Wonderful Comfy Condo!

First of all Staci is an absolute doll to deal with - just couldn't be nicer or more helpful! I just returned from a 9 day stay at this adorable condo.....it's so cute & comfy, cozy & what a great deal! Soooooo.....much better than a hotel. The location was great - especially if you plan to vist Silver Dollar City since it's literally right next door! It was really easy to find in a nice, quiet area. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable, which is often not the case when staying away from home. Also nice recliners in the living room along with a large flat screen TV & blu-ray player. (Another not very common upgrade!) Last, but most important of all is the condo was perfectly, spotlessly CLEAN!!! I'd definitely recommend it to friends & family & plan to stay again myself! THANK YOU, STACI!!

We had an very relaxing & enjoyable time in this newly remodeled condo. The owners were more than accommodating from giving directions & show advice to bringing us a wine opener at midnight. The remodeled condo feels very warm and home like. This was a girl's weekend, so the 2 bed 2 bath condo was perfect for the three of us, but would be a little cramped if I had traveled with my 3 children. Everything was clean and new. I would definately consider coming back for another long weekend getaway.
