BOOKING AND PAYMENT:
One third of the total amount is invoiced and due payable at the time of booking with the balance and security deposit to be paid in full two months before arrival.
Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer, credit card charges incured.
Full bank details will be provided upon request and invoiced accordingly.

DEPOSIT:
A deposit of 30% of the total cost of the rental is held against utility and sevice charges and any damages or breakages which may occur during your stay. All household utility services i.e electricity,gas,oil, telephone/fax call charges, movie rentals, will be deducted from the deposit. Usage is metered and charged at cost.
We aim to return the security deposit balance as soon as possible , this can take from 1 to 15 days.
You will receive a detailed statement for the charges.
Garden and pool maintenance are included in the price of the rental

THE OWNERS OF THE PROPERTY 429465 ACCEPT NO LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES/LOSSESS INCURRED BY THE TENANTS AND/OR VISITORS DURING THEIR STAY IN THE PROPERTY NOR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO ANY LUGGAGE AND/OR PERSONAL BELONGINGS.
TENANTS ARE ADVISED TO TAKE OUT THEIR OWN PERSONAL INSURANCE
