LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! FIVE BEDROOM, FIVE BATH ESTATE

I can't say enough about this set up and the owner, Buzzy. He is like a personal concierge who is there to make sure your stay is perfect. Talk about pride of ownership! By the end of the trip I was ready to call him "Uncle Buzzy" as he treated us like family. Others have mentioned this in their reviews as well.

Aside from the incredible southern hospitality we received, the property itself is a real gem. Tons of space and everything has been updated <1 year ago or so. Clean and roomy with all of the amenities.

We stayed for Derby and my suggestion is -- BOOK EARLY! This one will go fast on prime weekends.

My family recently stayed in this beautiful home during our recent trip to Louisville. We were thoroughly impressed with the amenities. The house is wonderful - CLEAN with all the modern amenities; cable, internet, etc. The decor is very comfortable filled with wonderful photos by a local artist. The kitchens are stocked with everything you may need. I can't say enough about the property owner. From the beginning he went out of his way to accommodate us, we arrived around 2AM and he was there to greet us with a smiling face and help us get settled in. From that point he made every effort to ensure that we would enjoy our time there including: taking care of our dog Macy while we were away, it was so nice to know that she was not alone while we were gone, he also managed to help us cater a delicious breakfast by contacting a friend of his that owned a local cafe, he also made sure that we were aware of the current happenings and activities in town. He made us feel like family. Next time we are in town, we look forward to staying here again.

This house was perfect for our group of moms and daughters. We were in Louisville for an ice skating competition and staying here was SO much better than renting a bunch of hotel rooms! Buzzy, the owner, was fabulous to work with and very helpful. The house was clean and roomy. The neighborhood is beautiful and we loved being able to relax on the front porch. I highly recommend this house!
