Farnese view from a beautiful apartment

We chose this apartment for two reasons, the location and how inviting the apartment looked from the pictures/description.

The process to reserve was simple. Edoardo was a pleasure to work with and was prompt and clear with his responses. He helped set up a driver to pick us up from the airport for just a few more Euros than a taxi (but without the hassle). He also guided us to the nearest supermarket (4 min walk) and provided several recommendations.

Upon arrival, he met us and showed us the apartment. All-in-all it was very comfortable. Though the kitchen is small and needs to be updated, it worked fine for us as we used it for just breakfasts and snacks. The living/dining room was a perfect size with a postcard view of Piazza Farnese and as you can see from the pictures has much character. A little noise at night when the restaurants/bars close in the neighboring Campo dei Fiori, but nothing horrible and is probably an issue anywhere and everywhere. Both bedrooms were of good size and comfortable.

Nearby there are many really good restaurants, shops and cafes. The apartment is 5 min to Pizza Navona; 7 min to Pantheon, 11 minutes to Trevi Ftn; 10 min to Campodiglio, 5 Min to Trastevere; 7 min to St. Peters - SO VERY CENTRAL.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Rome at this apartment, and look forward to visiting again.

A memorable trip made perfect by our lovely host and his wonderful appartment.
The location was perfect in Farnesse square and next to the electric bus route which was wonderful ;pay on board home in five. Although everything is so close to the appartment I like to have the option of a fast retreat.
We whisked around Rome.
We did a guided tour at the colesuim and went up the dome after mass at the Vatican. We had late Long lessurly breakfasts in the apartment and
we returned to have even longer suppers over looking the beatiful elegant piazza .
A Very good wi fi connection allowed my girls to play all games they would at home and I got to watch roman holiday on my iPad and plot the next days sight seeing.
There was a great tv and sky available with a nice big sofa.
The clime up and down each day to the third floor was no problem and rather added to the effect in this lovely old building. There was a Great big old fashioned bath tub complete with an over head shower. The kitchen although old fashoined was fully equipped to cook meals a freezer and big fridge.It was all so easy and very clean.The super market was a five min walk and we were pointed to a lovely restaurant only two mins away our first night.
A wonderful break in our annual migration to Greece it seemed to make sense to take advantage of the great connections at Rome airport and stop on the way I would defiantly do it again.
I would have liked to have stayed longer and explored more. I spotted so many museums and palazzos so close. Next time. This was a home from home for us.

We were four adoults and spent a super week at this appartement. We enjoyed the natural local style of housing- the flair of dry roses in the vase. The location is exeptional: you open the door and are rihgt in the historical center.No car or public traffic needed. Tho hospitality and hepl of Mr.Pantanella is decent and efficient. The dinners in recomended Trattoria del Luigi were very tasty. We hope to return again sometimes.
