2 Bed apartment on holiday complex near Kapparis

A brand new 2 bedroom penthouse apartment in Kapparis, which is fully air conditioned. Panorama Village complex is set slightly back from the resort centre on hill side, with possibly some of the best views in Cyprus. Relax on the enormous terrace with views over the Mediterranean Sea, Famagusta and the tail of Cyprus. The terrace is equipped with large patio table, 6 comfortable chairs, 2 sun loungers and a gas barbeque. The apartment has a large LCD TV with English channels, a DVD player with a selection of DVD's, and 2 CD players with ipod docking.

The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, microwave, and washing machine. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

Bedroom one is fitted with a king size bed and is en-suite. Bedroom two has two single beds with a further pull out bed to accommodate another person. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

The complex has communal pool and children's pool, a tennis court, and a small gymnasium.

Car Hire: Car hire is reasonable in Cyprus, if you intend to hire please remember to bring your licence. We can put you in touch with a reputable car hire company with competitive rates. Hire can be arranged delivered to the property or Airport (free delivery).

SUPERB APARTMENT

Just returned from a wonderful holiday in this beautiful apartment. We found the apartment to be spotlessly clean as is the complex including a swimming pool where residents and holidaymakers gather together and everyone was very friendly. Booking was made simple with Ian and his mum Marjorie who lives nearby was very friendly and helpful in recommending some restaurants including an Italian in Pernera which is well worth a visit. I stayed on this complex last year and loved the location and cleanliness and would not hesitate to recommend this apartment as it is well maintained and the description on the website and photos are completely accurate.

We have just returned from this apartment 8th Sept 11, It was very well equipped everything we needed was there and it was extremely clean could not fault it. Balcony very big and lovely to relax on at the end of a busy day sunbathing. Will definately stay again.

THE PERFECT GETAWAY

What an amazing two weeks, without a hire car you will have to be the walking type, but a major supermarket is only 10 mins walk away...
there is a 24hr bakery 2 mins away and it was beautiful, how every buses are only €1 and they take you straight to protaras and ayia napa,

the apartment was beautiful and when at the pool the residents also using the pool were very friendly,
Me and the misses will defiently be visiting again as the owners were very helpful when needed and helped to make our holiday as amazing as it was,

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We had the misfortune of staying here for 2 weeks in September. The apartment itself is fine and well equipped.

Our first issue was during our stay when the communal pool lock was changed and we ended up arranging and collecting the new one ourselves which left us unable to use the pool for a couple of days. It was an inconvenience but we sorted it out and continued our holiday.

Once home we emailed the owner for our deposit to be returned and did not get a reply for 2 months, we were then told we left the place in a terrible mess and broke a fridge shelf so our deposit would not be returned. We are certain we did not break the fridge and aside from forgetting to take out our last carrier bag of rubbish, left it in a tidy state. We were offered no photographic evidence or opportunity to send round a third party to check any damage.

We are extremely upset about the manner in which the owner dealt with us. We were naive not to arrange for an inspection of the property before we left Cyprus but we did not realise that an owner is able to send one short accusing email and we have no way to dispute it.

We do not recommend this apartment and would suggest anyone who does choose to stay here takes photographs and videos of the apartment on arrival and departure so they do not get caught out as we have.

Owner's Response: The reason that we take a good housekeeping deposit is to ensure that when you get guests like this couple who not only broke one of the larger electrical items but also caused damage to the front door by trying to kick it down, then I have something to go towards the replacement and repair. The deposit will not cover the costs I have to outlay to make the apartment serviceable again, but that is not the point. They have no respect whatsoever for other people's property and should not be allowed to rent any other property again.

BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT

We recently stayed here for 2 weeks and could not fault this apartment. It was immaculately clean and everything was provided for including plenty of spare towels. (This is the first time we have not had to buy some sort of crockery/glasses) The apartment was beautifully decorated and furnished and the covered parking space was ideal.

The service we received from Ian and his mum Marjorie was second to none, with Marjorie even phoning us when we had landed to make sure we were ok with the directions and then meeting us near the resort so we could follow her and a phone call from Ian the night before asking us what milk we would like - sorry Ian we were out when you called.

We would not hesitate in recommending this apartment as we had a wonderful stay here and the small personal touches just added to the experience.

Kapparis is an all year round resort, an ideal base for exploring not only the east coast and its many coves and beaches but also the north of Cyprus. The apartment is within walking distance (around 15 mins) of the beaches, souvenir shops, supermarkets, car hire shop, bars and restaurants. There are several excellent restaurants including Cypriot, Italian, Chinese and English cuisine. There is a 24hour bakery/mini market just up the street. Paralimini is the nearest town where there are many local shops, traditional cafés and restaurants, many centred around the picturesque church and main square. Other resorts of Pernera and Protaras can be reached by car in less than 10 minutes, where you will find a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants and other attractions including water parks and mini golf. Ayia Napa is only a 15 minute drive away. You can drive to Cape Greko National Park if you want to get away from it all and relax in the peace and quiet
