'La Playa Blanca' is a Beautiful Private 3 bedroom 2.5 bath property located in Palm Beach Gardens which sleeps 8 in total. Enjoy the view of the community lake from the spacious living area as well as the lovely outdoor living space which offers a screened in patio & outdoor deck area at the waters edge. The community offers a heated pool & tennis courts which are both available for guest use. This home is fully equipped, everything is brand new as it has just been POSHED by our POSHPADZ Interior Designer to ensure you feel spoiled by the luxurious touches yet welcomed by the all the comforts of home during your stay. The living room boasts a wall mounted Samsung 50' Plasma & DVD as does the Master bedroom which is located on the upper floor. In the Master Suite you will feel like royalty in your heavenly King size pillow top bed and your guests will surely enjoy their stay in either of the 2 Queen guest suites also located on the upper floor. The beaches are only a short drive away!

We recently had the pleasure of being the first guests to stay in "La Playa Blanca" in Palm Beach Gardens, Fl. From the moment we entered our beautiful villa we felt our stresses disappear. We were greeted by Gary and Kaylyn with champagne, flowers and strawberries. Every room is beautifully decorated (by Kaylyn) and welcoming The property is spotless and well maintained. The villa has everything you could possibly need for your stay. They have thought of everything from wifi to huge plasma tv's on the walls. The pool is less than a 2 minute walk from the villa which my daughter and husband both enjoyed immensely every day of our stay. Tennis courts are adjacent to the pool as well. The location of this villa is spectacular, you are less than 10 minutes to public beautiful beaches. Shopping and great restaurants are even closer, literally minutes away.. Each morning I loved sitting with my coffee overlooking the beautiful lake watching the ducks or egrets swim. What a wonderful place! Thank you for such a wonderful experience, we can't wait to come back!
