Photos and Description of the Prela vacation apartment rental

La Mansarda is what the upper storey of our house that is situates approx. 100 m from our olive farm is called. It has a separate entry over an outside stairway. The light, friendly apartment is made up of two bedrooms with parquet floor, one with double bed and the other with two single beds, a small bathroom with sit-in bathtub and a large living area that is divided into kitchen, dining corner and lounge. The atmosphere is very homelike, which is pointed out by the wooden ramps. From the large terrace you have direct view of the swimming pool and the garden, as well as free panoramic view of the valley. The swimming pool with a size of 4 x 10 m can be used from our guests during the summer months. A washing machine can be used after consultation.

Milini di Prelà means “pristine Liguria“ – sea and beach, nature and mountains, culinary specialities and authentic, Italian life. It is still untroubled by mass tourism. La Mola is situated approx. 1 km from the village, amidst olive groves. We, a German-Italian couple, live in the neighbourhood with three children and produce excellent olive oil.

Additional information about rental rates

  • You get a 10% discharge fort he third week in case of a stay of three weeks. The final cleaning is charged 40 € per stay. For pets we charge a one time cost of 20 €.
  • Arrival day is Saturday from 4 p.m. till 7 p.m. Departure day is Saturday until 10 a.m. Your booking is valid with your consent via telephone or e-mail, faxing of the application form and paydown within 5 week days. The outstanding payment is to be made cash at changeover of the keys at the location.

  • Please note the vexatious “small print”. At a cancellation of 12 weeks in advance, you get your paydown minus 100 € service charge back. In case of a cancellation until 4 weeks before the arrival day the cancellation charge is half the lease price. At a cancellation of less than 28 days before arrival we charge the booked service – at late arrival or early departure not matter what reason the same regulation is valid. By transferring the paydown you accebt these booking requirements legally binding. Lease prices are valid until 31.12.2007 (error resp. misprint excepted).

einfach Urlaub!

Die Ferienwohnung bietet einfach alles, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt, vorallem die große Terrasse mit einem wunderbaren Blick über die Olivenbäume ist ein Traum - das ganze untermalt vom Klang der Kirchenglocken und der Pool direkt vor der Tür! Für Nichtsonnenhungrige ist es ideal, dass die Terrasse am Nachmittag im Schatten liegt, man aber schön in der Morgensonne frühstücken kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und geben gute Insidertipps, damit es einem auch wirklich an nichts mangelt! Auch Kinder sind sehr willkommen und finden verschiedene Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten auf dem großen Gelände. Also auch für Familien geeignet.

Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Man sitzt gerne auch mal innen wenn das Wetter nicht so gut ist. Alles war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Sitzbadewanne ist allerdings etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön mit tollem Weitblick. Der Pool war Ende September leider nicht mehr in Betrieb.

best of both worlds

This apartment has a large terrace with a great view on a valley full of olivetrees with small villages peeking out. It's a rather spacious apartment with a nice pool in front. It is close to the beautiful village of Dolcedo with nice places to eat. The beach is about twenty minutes away. Imperia is a lively town. An ideal combination: the lively sea-resort and the very quiet and peaceful surrounding of the apartment.

Ligurien ist sowieso eine Reise wert und dann noch in einem solchen Schmuckstück wie der La Mansarda zu wohnen, rundet den Urlaub ab. Die Ferienwohnung hat einen bezaubernden Charakter, liegt in einer wunderschönen, ruhigen Umgebung inmitten von Olivenbäumen und lädt zum Erholen ein. Die Terasse ist der ideale Platz zum Verweilen und zum Genießen der italienischen Köstlichkeiten. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Ein Sprung in den Pool für die kleine Erfrischung zwischendurch. Direkt von der Ferienwohnung aus lassen sich Wanderungen und Radtouren unternehmen. Nach Imperia und zum Meer ist es nicht weit.
Ein Italienurlaub, so wie ich ihn mir vorstelle, zum unvergesslichen Erlebnis wird und man sich wie Zuhause fühlen kann. Und so bleibt der Aufenthalt auch kein einmaliges Erlebnis.

Da kann man sich richtig wohl fühlen. Herrliche Lage, Herrlicher Blick, Schwimmbad ein Traum, Olivenhaine ringsrum, nicht weit vom Meer und Imperia weg, auf dem Weg liegt noch der Coop mit einer unglaublichen Fischtheke.....
Ich komme wieder....
