Beautiful Provence style house in the mountains of Vence, with panoramic view over the Cote d'Âzur. The property is 2.000 m2 - generously situated in a calm area with view to Sea, Mountain and picturesque surroundings. The house is about 140 m2 with a double garage. The interior is modern with a touch of antique / caribbean style and all is newly renovated. All modern facilities are available. The house will accommodate up to 6 persons with the possibility of a guest staying for a shorter period. There are two bathrooms with showers and two toilets. There is also an outdoor heated shower down by the pool. The living room is large with high ceiling and an open fire place. It is connected to the kitchen in a 'communicative' way. The open kitchen is modern and has a large fridge/freezer with an ice machine. All terraces face the Sea & mountains The garden contains many Provence typical plants and trees as well as some exotic ones, i.e. a large Palm tree at the Pool, Orange and Lemon Tree
