Photos and Description of the Tucson vacation house rental

The community of SaddleBrooke lies nestled at the foot of the Catalina Mountain Range. This two-bedroom, two-bath home, completed and furnished Summer 2012, includes numerous upgrades. Some of the quality add-ons, like bay windows in both bedrooms make these living areas larger, lighter, with a more expansive view. The intention of the design and layout is to create a comfortable, intimate home meant to welcome and rest.

About Lonnie Bright

An Iowan who lived my adult life in California, I now favor the comfort of the Sonoran Desert sun and its warmth. My joy is cooking, so the kitchen is appropriately stocked with appliances and utensils. The art has significance. One piece comes from Africa by my own backpack; another, I purchased from the artist in Paris' Place des Vosges. Yet, this is not a fragile home. It is an abode for convenience, comfort, and relaxation...with some visual and intellectual eye appeal. This home is built for my own retirement...of which I seem a few years short. Its location within SaddleBrooke, its open floor plan, and the furniture and furnishings are what I designed for my personal tastes.

Upon my first visit to SaddleBrooke, I became instantly attracted. After six years of returning and renting, I decided to create my own home. And what fun it is.

What makes this house unique

Later-in-life homes have traditionally been monsters in size with rooms and space beyond need. Recently, more friendly designs of flowing space are available. My home, the newest design for which there is not a model yet built, is 1,485 square feet; there are no superfluous rooms. The home is open, light, airy, and flows smoothly.

Location: North Tucson, SaddleBrooke lies nestled at the foot of the Santa Catalina Mountains, 34 miles north of the Tucson airport; approximately 110 miles south of the Phoenix airport.

Completed Summer 2012, the home, all its furnishings, and art are new. The home layout is open and light; the decoration and furniture are contemporary.

Accommodations: House, 2 Bedrooms + 2 Baths. All the kitchen, its floor, cabinets, and appliances are upgraded...some to the highest grade available. There are ample other upgrades throughout the house including bay windows in both bedrooms.
