A picture-perfect Renaissance Villa in the heart of Raphael and Truffle Territory makes a perfect base for a holiday in Italy for those who love art, culture, white truffles & excellent local wine and olive oil. Enjoy a spacious and classic country house with pool, high ceilings, playful frescoes, comfortable sitting rooms, 5 gracious bedrooms sleeping up to 12, plus the possibility of a separate cottage to sleep an additional 4 (this may also be rented separately, but will then not have access to the Villa's grounds or pool). The Villa is set at the end of a tree-lined avenue, in the midst of a green and shady park. A few meters from the house in a protected nook is the private pool, perfect for a lazy day in the sun, or after a day of discovery of this art-rich area. Inside the house are beautiful terracotta floors, a large kitchen with all modern conveniences plus a fireplace for indoor grilling, 2 dining rooms with fireplaces, 2 sitting rooms, a study, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms.

Spacious and comfortable restored, stone farmhouse with 2 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms. The cosy and comfortable living room has a large fireplace, and the large eat-in kitchen has a dining table, dishwasher, large fridge and good stock of cooking equipment and china. The downstairs bedroom has a queen-sized bed, an antique armoire, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The upstairs bedroom has two twin beds and its own bathroom with shower. This newly restored farmhouse is set in its own park with a pleasant garden. Large French doors from the living room and downstairs bedroom allows you plenty of light, and air, bringing the outside in. If taken alone, there is no access to the pool, but you can spend happy days sight-seeing in Urbania, Urbino, and the many delightful towns and villages a short drive away, visiting the local beaches less than an hour away, hunting for (or buying) the world famous local Truffles, shopping for famous local ceramics, and enjoying local cuisine.

Ca Mangano is set amidst breathtakingly verdant hills and valleys, 2km from the charming and historic town of Urbaniia and 15 km from the larger and equally beautiful Renaissance town of Urbino, home to the famed artist,Raphael. You can visit his home, as well as the National Museum of the Ducale Palace with some of the World's great Renaissance Masterpieces, including works by Titian, Raphael, and Uccello. Urbania's region is Le Marche and its province is Urbino-Pasaro. It bordered by both Tuscany and Umbria, and is noted for precious Truffles, Cherries and Cheeses, Wine, Olive Oil, Ceramics, and the seaside resorts of the Adriatic Sea. For nature lovers, the Green hills offer splendid hiking, biking, and walking. The nearby town of Urbania offers many restaurants, bars and cafes, in addition to the Teatro Bramante, and the Ducale Palace Museum.
