This beautifully restored bungalow style home is located conveniently within walking distance of quaint, historic downtown Bryan, TX. There are several bedrooms and plenty of living space, with all modern conveniences. The immediate area around the home is not much to view, but if you are looking to stay in College Station or Bryan, it is difficult to surpass the combination of convenience and comfort that this vacation rental offers. The owners/management company are wonderful people and very responsive to any concerns. I would highly recommend this rental.

We are excited to have Southern Belle as part of that revitalization. Many local historical homes and buildings are being sold, refurbished or restored to their original state around Southern Belle. Owners and developers continue to make changes and improvements to the downtown area, with the intent of fully restoring the area to its previous glory, along with modern conveniences and amenities that Southern Belle already offers.
