Welcome to our brand new villa. Join us on our new exciting adventure as we create our dream property on the beautiful Ionian Island of Kefalonia. A uniquely designed luxury villa, in a stunning setting, in a very private location, to be completed in February 2010. Be one of the first to experience our dream villa in your dream holiday destination. Found on the edge of the small village of Lakithra, in the district of Leivathos. Lakithra is an historical Greek village famed by Lord Byron. The villa is in a stunning setting with unprecedented panoramic views of the sea and coastal bays, of Mount Ainos and of the neighbouring island of Zante, whilst in a very private location it is still within a very short walking distance of the local tavernas and amenities in Lakithra village. It is in the ideal setting for convenience, for touring the island and for the local beaches, with the picturesque Avithos beach is just a few minutes drive away.

About the villa: The villa is on three levels. First floor houses two bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms, balconies and stunning views. Ground floor houses the lounge, kitchen, wc and patio doors lead to large balcony terrace from the lounge and out to a pergola and bbq area from the kitchen. Lower Ground floor houses a third double bedroom with en-suite and patio doors leading to poolside, a large lounge and games area with TV, DVD & music system. A large sofabed and separate wc are also in this area. Patio Doors again lead out to the poolside and terrace areas. Outside there is a bbq area, a pergola and private swimming pool and gardens.
