About Jeff LaFrance

We are a family of 7. We have fully refurnished this beautiful cabin. We take pride in keeping things nice, clean and new. We enjoy fishing, swimming and the peace and quiet of our cabin.

Why Jeff LaFrance chose Garrison

We purchased this cabin to hopefully keep throughout the generations. We have decided to share this wonderful place with other families as it is so beautiful and peaceful and of course, on Mille Lacs Lake.

What makes this cabin unique

This great cabin (house) has a huge wrap around roof covered deck with great scenery and peace and quiet. The kitchen is great to cook large meals and hold everyone in the same room for some great family time. You won't want to leave.

Nearest Beach : beach at 5 Miles

Northwest corner of Mille Lacs Lake. Public access /Myr Mar Marina launch, fishing, bar, and food. There is a convience gas station with snack bar, free wifi and liquor store within walking distance. Five miles down the road are sandy beaches to swim at.

There are 2 washers and 2 dryers. Cleaning products, 3 vacuums, large trash can. Some laundry soap, paper towels, toilet paper, kleenexes and napkins are present. However, I would recommend to bring extra. Some use a little, some use alot. Thank you.

Large Ice Fishing Group

This cabin (House) was perfect for our group of 15 fishermen. We had plenty of rooms for sleeping and the HUGE kitchen and dinning area were perfect for cooking and feeding the large group. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. The owners are also great to work with. Highly recommended!

We rented the cabin for a Christmas get together for our family. Everyone was impressed! For the first half hour we all just roamed around the house admiring everything. There is so much beauty in the house. The owners did an excellent job of decorating and everything seemed new. During our stay it was warm, quiet, relaxing and peaceful. It couldn't have been better. We did a lot of cooking since it was the holidays and there was not one thing missing that we needed to make it special. I truly would recommend renting this cabin (house) for your family getaway! Thank you, again, to the owners!
