This is a great condo with a Queen bed in the master Bedroom together with a single bed and an attached bath.
The second bedroom has two comfortable single beds with an attached bath.
The Living Room has a sofa bed a couch T.V. dining table with four chairs and is spacious.
There is a screened porch with a table, chairs and a great view.
The kitchen has been completely remodeled. There is a large fridge with plenty of cabinet's and you will find everything that you have in your own home.
The unit is located on a higher floor and is very quiet.

I have been living in this building for the past 15 years and am very familiar with the Downtown area.
I am readily available most of the time and make it a point to greet my guests personally whenever I can. I also prefer escorting my guests to their units as this way I can interact with them and get to know them and their interest in visiting Atlanta.

This property is right across the street from 'The Hyatt's Hotel' and in my opinion is the finest place to live in Downtown.
I would not even dream of trading it with any other location.
The first eight years of my living here I did not even have a car and never felt the need for it. I find the public transportation to be so much better, convenient and even cheaper
I call this area 'The mini Manhattan of New York NY..

There is no better condo located in Downtown than 'The Peachtree Tower's. This is my Gurantee.
Tourist Attractions, Children.s amusements, Parks,
Georgia Aquarium, world famous and the largest in the world.CNN Center, Centennial Olympic Park, The World of Coca Cola Georgia Dome, World congress Center, Philips Arena.
Fine dining restaurants as well as a Food court for the budget minded visitor. Plenty of taxi's buses and Marta all within a couple of blocks.
The building it self has a Chinese restaurant a small convenience store together with a well stocked liquor store on the ground floor with a great restaurant/bar right across the street which had it's grand opening only last week
The 'Peachtree Towers' a solid brick building was one of the first skyscraper's built in Downtown Atlanta.
This is perhaps the finest location in Downtown to live if you are a tourist, attending a conference or seminar or coming to watch a ball game.
There are some great restaurants around the building all walking distance and also a food court at 'The Peachtree Center'.
The largest Aquarium in the world ' Georgia Aquarium', The World of Coca Cola The Centennial Olympic Park, Atlanta Mart and The Children's museum are just two blocks away.
The World Congress Center, Georgia Dome Phillips Arena and CNN Center are no more than 10-12 minutes walk or less than a 5 minutes drive.
The underground train 'Marta' is just two blocks away as well and the ride from the airport to The Peachtree Tower's takes about 20 minutes.
All major Banks, Fedex, Post office, CVS, etc are a couple of blocks.
Living at this location you do not even need a car unless you have business outside the downtown area. Taxi's are available right in front of the main entrance of the building and the bus stops there too. You save $$$$ eating at home walking around and taking the Marta.
The 'Peachtree Towers'' has a 24/7 concierge and security cameras and no one other than the residents with a key fob can enter.
This building is celebrating it's 50th Anniversary this year but do not be misled as it is a very well maintained and managed by the finest team of professional's.
The building lobby is being completely redesigned presently and will give a great look by end of August 2012.
