Stunning ocean and harbor views from this recently built home and guest cottage. Perfect location for a larger family or extended family. The main house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, spacious living room and chef's kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area. Multiple decks to enjoy the beautiful sunsets in Madaket. The home has central air conditioning, wireless internet, two flat screen tv's, Wolf six burner range, Subzero fridge, bar area with wine fridge. Tastefully furnished with a coastal flair. The Master suite has a king size Westin Heavenly mattress, one guest suite has a Tempurpedic mattress and the third bedroom has a daybed with a twin trundle.

The guest cottage is a quintasential Nantucket style cottage with many orginal details. There are two bedrooms each with a queen bed, one full bath with a walk-in shower. Fully equipped kitchen with gas range and wine fridge. There is also a private deck with for alfresco dining. Both houses have outdoor showers and

have beautiful landscaped grounds with mature Hydrangeas.

The property is adjacent to Millie's Restaurant and The West End Market.

The shuttle bus stop is also very close to the house as well. Madaket beach is steps away from the property.
